The brief
The owners wanted more light and more room without moving house. Kitchen and rear extension had to work for two adults, two children and a dog.
The build
Our own team did the structure, joinery and finishing. We brought in a structural engineer and a certified electrician, both people we have worked with for years.
Time and cost
16 weeks · £92,000, agreed as a fixed price before we started. It finished on the week we said it would.
